Common faults and solutions of inner and outer tea bag packaging machine:
1. Check whether the temperature meets the required temperature for firm sealing, and increase the temperature appropriately; 2. Check whether the longitudinal sealing pressure is large enough to ensure the sealing lines are clear;

2. The inner bag is not firmly sealed

Six, automatic stop
1. No speed measuring gear is detected at the moment of starting; 2. Output setting arrives; 3, there is alarm stop; 4, PLC program error;
5, there is an error signal input PLC; 6. Cut off the total power supply for 1 minute, then start the machine again, and let the PLC reset;
Seven, the outside bag longitudinal seal runs very fast
1, stepping motor driver code switch setting error; 2. No cursor point is detected during photoelectric tracking; 3. The speedometer is damaged;
4. The position proximity switch is damaged;
Eight, clip to put the bag time wrong
1. The positions of clamping and bag-putting are not set correctly and are not well matched with the machine; 2. The original position of mechanical transmission structure is changed to loosen the screws, such as chain jumper, bag clamp and eccentric disk;
3, stop, artificial rotation of the speed gear or position CAM; 4. The position of the proximity switch is changed when the speedometer is changed or the speedometer is moved;
Touch screen without display or black screen

11. The outer bag cannot be sealed vertically
1. Speed measuring gear is not detected in the speed measuring device; 2. The bag length is not set; 3. The stepping drive is out of power or damaged; 4. The stepping motor current is set too small, and the longitudinal sealing resistance is relatively large or locked;
5. Stepping motor is damaged; 6. PLC does not send stepping pulse; 7. The PLC is connected to the stepping driver and the circuit is broken. Check whether the 2K resistor is open or not;
8. Check whether the stepper motor and driver are disconnected; 9. Position proximity switch fails to send signals to PLC;
The label roller does not rotate
1. Speed measuring gear is not detected in the speed measuring device; 2. Tag length is not set; 3. The stepping drive is out of power or damaged; 4, the stepping motor current is set too small, and the label roll resistance is relatively large or locked;
5. Stepping motor is damaged; 6. PLC does not send stepping pulse; 7. The PLC is connected to the stepping driver and the circuit is broken. Check whether the 2K resistor is open or not;
8. Check whether the stepper motor and driver are disconnected; 9. Position proximity switch fails to send signals to PLC;
The main motor is not running
1. The PLC does not send signal to the frequency converter; 2. Fuse of main engine fuse; 3. Improper frequency converter setting; 4. The intermediate relay under the electric control box is damaged or the line is disconnected;
5. The frequency converter is damaged; 6. The main motor is damaged; 7, there is an error signal into the PLC or PLC interference;
Cannot change host frequency
1. The touch screen cannot communicate with the frequency converter; 2. Improper frequency converter setting; 3. Damaged touch screen; 4. Poor frequency converter;
15. There is a big error between the actual bag length and the set bag length when not tracking
1. High running resistance; 2, step drive code setting error; 3. Wrong compensation setting; 4, packaging film thermal shrinkage;
Sixteen, the operation procedure is disorderly
1. The positions of bag length, photoelectricity, carrier wire, bag clamping and bag feeding are not set correctly; 2. Poor PLC;
17. Inner bag thread will mix together
1. Improper adjustment of the position of the support line; 2. Improper adjustment of holding time; 3, the line cylinder no action;
18. The inner bag will get stuck at the mouth of the outer bag
1. The running track of the bag clamp is not adjusted correctly. It is better to put the inner bag vertically into the mouth of the outer bag molding machine and place it in the center of the mouth of the outer bag molding machine.
19. The lateral sealing of the outer bag will pressure the inner bag
1. The sealing time of the outer bag is not adjusted correctly. When the outer bag is just sealed, the bag feeding manipulator will be placed as the standard; 2. There are obstacles in the outer bag former;
20. The inside bag is longitudinally sealed and broken
1. Excessive eccentric adjustment of inner bag (see figure 5-2); 2, the inner bag paper resistance; 3. The horizontal sealing knife of the inner bag is adjusted too high; 4. Wrong Angle of eccentric mechanism of inner bag;
The longitudinal seal of the outer bag is broken
1. The bag length is set too small, exceeding the limit; 2. Excessive eccentric adjustment; 3. The driver of the stepping motor is wrong to set the decoding switch, making the bag length less than the set value;
4. Adjust the external bag cutter too high; 5. Wrong Angle of external bag eccentric mechanism;
22. The inside bag is sealed vertically without turning
1. The long gear of the inner bag is not meshing with the transmission gear;
23. The outer bag cannot be sealed horizontally
1. The outer bag clutch is not closed; 2, transmission sprocket chain;
24, inside bag knife cutting constantly
1, the knife is blunt; 2, cutting knife adjustment is not enough; 3. Insufficient pressure;
Constant label or thread cutting
1. Bad scissors; 2, scissors adjustment is not good;
26. Keep cutting the outer bag
1. Dull cutting knife; 2, cutting knife adjustment is not high enough; 3. Insufficient pressure; 4, the temperature in the case of not hot packaging film, can be appropriately increased some;
27, press the stop button, unable to stop
1. After replacing the PLC, the "stand" is not set (see figure a-8); 2. Damaged touch screen; 3. The frequency converter is damaged;
4. The PLC is damaged and no stop signal is sent to the frequency converter; 5. No button is actually touched;
28. No action of bag clamping manipulator
1. No bag clamping or bag placing position is set (see figure a-8); 2. The air switch is not on (see figure 3); 3. PLC has no output;
4. The solenoid valve is damaged; 5, pneumatic clamp damage; 6, pneumatic clamp reaction speed can not keep up with the mechanical speed;
29. The air cylinder of the supporting line has no movement
1. CAM is not detected by the support line detection switch; 2. PLC has no output; 3. The supporting line is not set; 4. The solenoid valve is damaged; 5, support line cylinder damage; 6, improper CAM adjustment;
7. The setting time of wire holding is too long, which cannot be matched with the mechanical speed; 8. There is no oil in the filter, which leads to cylinder block for a long time;
The light on the safety seat is on
